We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ingersoll 1892 timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
